Steel Poles
Street lighting, decorative, high mast, flood lighting, CCTV, telecom, solar and flag poles from CASK STEEL. Hot-dip galvanized steel, designed to EN 40 for the wind and the luminaires of each project, and manufactured at our factory in Dilovası, Kocaeli.
One factory, every type of pole
A pole has to carry its luminaires, cameras or antennas safely for decades, in the wind, rain and heat of the place where it stands. Every CASK STEEL pole is designed for its height, its load and the local wind speed, then cut, bent, welded, galvanized and checked in our own factory.
- Street lighting poles: single, double, curved arm and tapered poles for roads and highways
- Decorative poles for parks, squares and pedestrian areas
- High mast poles from 15 to 50 m with lowering systems
- Flood lighting poles for stadiums, ports and yards
- CCTV and telecom poles for cameras, antennas and smart city equipment
- Solar lighting poles for places without grid power
- Flag poles
The pole range
Street lighting poles
Single arm, double arm, curved arm, tapered and decorative arm poles for roads, highways and urban streets. Made for LED luminaires, with heights and arm lengths chosen for the road.
Decorative poles
Classic, modern, contemporary and heritage designs for parks, gardens, squares, pathways and residential areas. Hot-dip galvanized and powder coated in the colour of the project.
High mast poles
15 to 50 m masts for airports, ports, stadiums, highway interchanges and industrial zones. Ring, crown or polygonal head frames, with manual or motorized winch lowering systems for safe maintenance at ground level.
Flood lighting poles
Single and double cross arm, circular, star and compact head frames carrying several floodlights for sports grounds, car parks, yards and large outdoor areas. Manual and motor lifting systems available.
CCTV and surveillance poles
CCTV, surveillance and multi-arm poles for cameras, speakers and smart city devices, with a cabinet and a maintenance door for easy access to the equipment.
Solar lighting poles
Street, park and parking area poles and bollards powered by solar panels with long-life LiFePO4 batteries, smart controllers and motion and light sensors. IP65/IP66, operating from −30 °C to +60 °C, for places without grid power.
Flag poles
Standard and tapered flag poles with internal or external halyards, or a winch, for company headquarters, public buildings and squares.
Telecom and communication poles
Monopole, antenna, microwave and guyed poles that carry antennas, dishes and cabinets for mobile and communication networks.
Custom poles: special heights, arm shapes, door positions, flanges and finishes are made to the drawings or the specification of the project.
Reference design: 12 m street lighting pole
Our standard 12 m road lighting pole shows how a CASK STEEL pole is built. Other heights, arms and wall thicknesses are designed in the same way for each project.

Frequently asked questions
Which standards do your steel poles follow?
Lighting columns are designed to EN 40 (TS EN 40 / TSE 914 in Türkiye) and hot-dip galvanized to EN ISO 1461. The wind speed and safety factor are taken from the project; our standard 12 m pole is designed for 140 km/h with a safety factor of 1.5.
Can you make poles to our own height or drawing?
Yes. Heights, arm shapes and lengths, door positions, base plates and finishes are made to the project's specification or drawings, and our engineers can prepare the calculations and shop drawings.
How tall can your high mast poles be?
High mast poles are made from 15 to 50 m, with ring, crown or polygonal head frames and manual or motorized winch lowering systems.
Do you supply the anchor bolts?
Yes, anchor bolts can be supplied with the poles (for example 4 × M20 × 720 mm for the 12 m pole), so the foundations can be cast before the poles arrive.
